Its founder, Philip Vidal, has more than 20 years of experience as General Manager and Director of Operations in small luxury hotels, such as The Careyes, El Tamarindo and Hotel Esencia in Mexico; Sublime Samaná, Casas del XVI and Casa Bonita in the Caribbean.

Philip and his associates’ strength is in evaluating a property, increasing its return, and repositioning it.
